The booklet is filled with 24 double page paintings (12″ x 8 3/8″) by various artist from the Meiji era. These hand painted books were frequently made by artist and poets of the period. Original cover and title slip. Amazing state of preservation without insect damage or other defects. There is no trace that was usage almost. The masterpiece of Bairei’s very last years, and pinnacle of thin coloring expression of japanese painting.
