She was the daughter of a high-ranking samurai. She was a highly respected Nanga painter, poet and teacher (at one point, she had nearly 300 students). She lived and worked in Edo (Tokyo) in late 19th century. Size: 204cm x 50cm Condition: Good Considering the time, it was made. (damage & stains & creases). About the calligraphy, we try to write what we have deciphered as much as possible. If it is not written, it means that it could not be deciphered.
