Pair of Japanese Aoki Kyodai Shokai Porcelain Vases with Hand Painted Trees and Flowers c. Late 19th Century – Early 20th Century. On the very bottom of one of the vases there is a tiny mark that’s either a firing flaw or possibly a small graze mark (see last photo) and there are another two or three tiny firing flaw marks on both vases which can’t be seen unless you really search for them. Otherwise there’s a very small amount of wear to the over glaze enamels and gilt especially around the rim and bottom. 17.7 cm / 7 inches high. 9 cm / 3.5 inches diameter.
